My trip to Yellowknife, N.W.T.

I began my journey with a frightening discovery.

This is the plane I have to travel on. To Edmonton. I know it is only a 45 minute trip. But you must understand. I dislike flying ever since the first plane I was on caught on fire.

Yes there is reason for my fear.

Anyone who knows me - knows it was a fun time.

Yes there were 2 seats on each side of the plane. The first time I went to New Zealand, I had to fly on an even smaller plane (one seat on each side) from the North island to the South island- over the ocean. The pictures they took of me when I arrived had the I am not impressed and may be violently ill at any moment.

Back to this trip: Then the flight in Edmonton was delayed for two hours. The pilot had a wonderful excuse. He said "Well you know this plane has been flying around all day - and sometimes they get behind schedule.

For all you young single ladies my advice is: Fly to Yellowknife. Men, Men, Men, Men, Manly Men Men Men Wooooo (You know what I am talking about it you watch "Two and a Half Men"

Finally "Smiling" 'cause I arrived. 11:30 at night. Thank you to Anne for staying awake to pick me up and to my hosts Andrienne, Alan, and for not being too cranky for having me arrive so late.
